Yes, the S.T.A.R.S. Matrix is built on extensive research in behavioral psychology and is currently undergoing systematic field evaluation with law enforcement agencies. We are rigorously documenting implementation outcomes through both qualitative and quantitative measures. Officers must have completed Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training before enrolling in the S.T.A.R.S. Matrix program. This ensures participants have the foundational knowledge necessary to fully benefit from our advanced communication techniques.
